The 4PAX rates/grades from 6 to 8 Double India Pale Ales (DIPAs) each month and select from this group a brew that exhibits all of the taste qualities that we look for in a great DIPA. The selected brews comprise an honorary group known as the 2023 DOM Winners. This category was established as a “hall of fame”, of sorts, to enshrine past and present DOM winners.
Noted below each of the DIPA labels is the DIPA’s overall rating; a listing of the distinguishable taste parameter(s) that characterize each DIPA, with the dominant feature(s) highlighted in red; and the corresponding 4PAX designated ‘Tasteability’ category.
